My girlfriend really likes these socks for Pilates and yoga. Unlike regular socks, they have a non-slip sole. They are easier to put on than some of her other yoga socks because of the open-toe design. They are soft, comfortable, and fit her well. The material is breathable. The traction grip dots work well on our vinyl flooring, with no slipping. They are machine-washable, which is a time-saver. We wash them in cold water and use low heat to dry, reducing wash cycle fatigue.
